Job summary

ALPSOFT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Security Analyst to patch, harden, and remediate endpoints across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.

You will respond to incidents, malware alerts, phishing emails, and service requests, while conducting risk assessments and implementing security controls. The role requires strong troubleshooting, independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment, plus solid communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant desktop, endpoint support or IT operations experience.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise end-user computing environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform endpoint security patching, hardening and remediation activities for Windows, macOS, Microsoft365 and standard desktop applications.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, malware alerts, phishing emails and cybersecurity service requests.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate security advisories from vendors and security authorities.
• Implement and administer security controls and endpoint protection measures.
• Support software whitelisting, vulnerability management and compliance-related activities.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness briefings and promote security best practices.
