Job summary

Teamlease Digital seeks an End User Computing Operations Manager to lead the EUC function, managing devices and peripherals across the organization. You will drive governance, optimize operations, and improve customer experience while guiding a skilled engineering team.

The role requires extensive IT infrastructure experience, strong knowledge of AD/Group Policy, and a proactive approach to asset provisioning and lifecycle management. 24x7 support readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management or information systems management.
• 12+ years of IT infra experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with Active Directory policies and group policy implementations.
• Extensive EUC technologies, endpoint clients, and OS knowledge.
• Experience with hardware lifecycle planning and asset management.
• Willingness to support 24x7x365 operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EUC operations, governance, and customer experience.
• Lead EUC support team through staffing, coaching, and development.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and business stakeholders on audits and dashboards.
• Forecast equipment needs and manage asset provisioning and lifecycle.
• Ensure 24x7 support readiness and after-hours coverage.
