Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Scaffolding Works in Singapore. The role oversees planning, coordination, and management of scaffolding projects, ensuring safe erection, modification, and dismantling aligned with drawings and regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising site operations, managing manpower and subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation while controlling costs and quality.

Qualifications

• Education or certification in civil engineering or construction.
• Certified Scaffold Supervisor / Advanced Scaffolding Qualification preferred.
• Valid Safety Passport advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage scaffolding projects from start to completion.
• Supervise erection, modification and dismantling according to drawings and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH Act and safety standards.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, equipment and materials on site.
• Prepare project updates, progress reports and site documentation.
• Monitor costs, quality and risk; implement corrective actions.
