Job summary

Stafflink Services Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage end-to-end QS duties for upcoming projects. You will handle pre-contract cost estimates, BOQ preparation, supplier quotations, and post-contract progress claims, final accounts, and cost control; familiarity with PSSCOC and SIA forms is preferred.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage the full spectrum of QS duties

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to manage end-to-end QS duties.

Responsibilities

• Pre-contract: source subcontractor quotations, prepare cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BQ).
• Post-contract: conduct site visits, evaluate progress claims and manage final accounts.
• Monitor costs to ensure budgets are met and maximize project profitability.
