Job summary

Bosch Singapore is recruiting an Employer Branding Intern to help bring our employer brand to life, with hands-on experience in employer branding, digital communications, talent attraction, campus engagement, and project coordination in a global tech setting.

You will work with HR colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to turn creative ideas into campaigns, showcase the Bosch employee experience, and contribute to initiatives that support our talent pipeline and future workforce.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, business, psychology, marketing, or communications.
• Strong interest in HR, Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, or Talent Management.
• Experience in content creation or social media management is a plus.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and digital marketing trends.
• Proficient with Canva or CapCut for design/video editing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of employer branding initiatives.
• Develop content and materials showcasing Bosch culture and opportunities.
• Research trends and propose ideas to strengthen initiatives.
• Monitor activities and provide insights to evaluate effectiveness.
• Assist in HR reports and stakeholder communications.
• Explore Generative AI, Power BI, and Power Automate to enhance reporting.
