Job summary

Shopee is seeking a motivated full-time intern to join the Business Development team in Singapore. You will support Key Account Managers with daily operational tasks related to campaigns in Lifestyle categories such as Sports, Pets and Hobbies & Books.

You will gain exposure to global and local brands, conduct competitor research, identify niche sellers for campaigns, and contribute to data-driven decision making while developing valuable industry experience in e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, works well in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with partners.
• Analytical and data-driven; Excel skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with daily operational tasks related to campaigns and strategic initiatives in the Lifestyle cluster.
• Gain exposure to global and local Sports brands, explore the growing demand for pet products, and research and propose ideas on emerging trends on Hobbies & Books.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research to gain insights into the competitive landscape across various categories.
• Identify and engage niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns, driving their long-term growth and success.
• Apply creative and innovative problem-solving strategies to overcome challenges and optimise outcomes.
