You will evaluate viability, build financial models, and prepare memoranda to support decision-making by the manager. The role requires 1-2 years of private equity experience, strong modelling skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in private equity or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about investment and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on investment opportunities and strategic options.
• Evaluate viability and prepare recommendations for the manager.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and memoranda.
• Monitor performance of existing investments and provide updates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
