Job summary

You will research new technologies, support data-related case reviews, and help streamline processes using digital tools. You will also develop simple dashboards to provide visibility into technology sensemaking and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience working on technology, data, digital transformation or business improvement projects.
• Knowledge of and interest in emerging technology and cybersecurity threats and trends.

Responsibilities

• Research and assess new technologies, tools and approaches that may be relevant to business and operational needs.
• Support the coordination and management of data-related case reviews and assessments, including tracking cases from initiation through to closure.
• Review existing business and operational processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation and efficiency improvements.
• Support the implementation of process improvements using appropriate technology and digital tools.
• Develop simple data analyses, dashboards or reporting where required to provide visibility into emerging technology sensemaking and operational performance.
