Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, systems, and users.
• Set up and maintain computers, software, user accounts and IT equipment.
• Support internal business applications and assist users with system queries.
• Collect, maintain and analyse business and operational data.
• Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract and analyse data from databases and internal systems.
• Check data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Support departments with IT, reporting, data and system requirements.
• Assist with improving business processes, workflows and reporting.
• Support system testing, implementation and documentation.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
