Job summary

IG Group seeks a Product Lead for Emerging Markets in Singapore. The role sits in the APAC product function, embedding with local teams to shape strategy, roadmaps and market-entry plans.

You will own onboarding, KYC, funding flows and the complete customer journey, driving growth while navigating diverse regulatory landscapes. You will partner with compliance, operations and finance to run multiple markets, using data-driven decision making and AI-enabled prototyping to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping consumer-facing products in a regulated environment
• Experience owning product strategy and a multi-quarter roadmap across more than one market
• Experience taking a product into a new jurisdiction including onboarding, KYC and payments
• Experience growing a customer base and owning commercial metrics (conversion, CAC, retention)
• Strong quantitative skills and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Emerging Markets aligned to IG's commercial objectives
• Identify customer problems worth solving and define what not to build
• Size and prioritise new markets and form a view of where IG can realistically compete
• Translate into a product plan: regulatory scoping localisation build/buy/partner sequence
• Own monetisation across EM: pricing, activation, funding conversion and retention
• Conduct discovery to understand motivations, friction points and trading habits
• Manage end-to-end journey: onboarding, KYC and funding through first trade to activation/retention
• Match customers to the right product at the right time and channel VOC insights into actions
• Drive experiment-led innovation and learn fast
• Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, legal, compliance, marketing and leadership
• Partner with Compliance to stay ahead of regulators and manage regulated entities
• Collaborate with central Product and Technology teams and reuse assets where possible
• Lead the EM team and set market-standard for processes and outcomes
