is seeking a Senior Business Partner, Emerging Markets to align people and culture strategies with regional business objectives across Southeast Asia, South Asia, North Asia, the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with regional leaders to build a high‑performing, inclusive workforce supporting TWE’s ambition to be the world’s most desirable luxury wine company.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of HR experience in a regional/lines role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance in Asia and Middle East.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and trusted advisory to regional leaders.
• Deliver programmes aligned to regional People & Culture priorities and Global strategy.
• Lead talent management, organizational effectiveness and performance initiatives.
• Design and implement wellbeing, rewards and employee relations programs.
• Drive compliance with local employment practices and regulations across regions.
