• Review existing acquisition reports and business processes for simplification and efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate loan referral processes and conduct market research to provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support growth initiatives for clients.
• Summarize findings and present learning outcomes to business stakeholders.
