Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead embodied AI and robotics programmes within the Innovation Lab. You will own end-to-end delivery of robotics pilots, PoCs, and production rollouts, including hardware integration, AI model deployment on physical platforms, site readiness, safety compliance, and client handover.

You will work with Forward Deploy Engineers, Robotics and AI Engineers, Solution Architects, OEM/vendors, and client operations teams to translate use cases

Qualifications

5–8 years of project or delivery management experience in robotics or hardware-enabled projects.
Proven track record delivering field deployments with physical hardware at client sites.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, integration and operations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of embodied AI and robotics projects: scope, schedule, budget and risk.
Develop plans, milestones and RAID logs across pilot, POC and production rollout.
Coordinate cross-functional squads spanning robotics, AI, integration and field deployment.
Plan on-site deployment activities, surveys, environment mapping and network readiness.
Establish runbooks, maintenance schedules, and escalation paths for deployed fleets.
Ensure safety compliance, regulatory requirements and post-deployment support.
