Tyson Jay Group is seeking an experienced firmware engineer to design, develop and test real-time C/C++ software for controllers, sensors and power-management systems in production hardware. You will implement reliable timing, safety checks and firmware update flows.
You will maintain embedded Linux components, including kernel config, device drivers, device trees and BSPs, and support board bring-up from power-on to subsystem validation, while collaborating with hardware teams.
Experience with robotics, motor‑control firmware, RTOS platforms such as Zephyr or FreeRTOS, ROS 2, hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing, secure boot or firmware‑update infrastructure would be advantageous.
