Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Software Engineer Intern, Embedded Firmware in Singapore to design, implement and validate firmware for networking products. You will work closely with hardware and software teams, applying your C programming skills and software development knowledge on real-world projects.

The role requires a January start, a minimum 20‑week commitment, and being enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's degree program.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent program.
• Solid understanding of software development principles.
• Experience with software development tools and processes.
• Knowledge of C programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and validate software for state‑of‑the‑art networking products.
• Gather requirements, design sub‑modules and investigate issues.
• Debug issues and derive fixes; ensure timely deliverables.
• Engage in technical discussions and provide clear progress updates to the team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
