Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Security Officer to guard an embassy site in Singapore. You will manage access control, verify identities, register visitors, and maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities include conducting patrols, handling incidents, and producing detailed security reports. You will provide courteous support to staff and guests while ensuring compliance with security procedures and drills.

Qualifications

• Valid PLRD Security Officer Licence.
• Valid Driving Licence.
• CSSPB, CSSXR, PAPP, First Aid Cert required.
• Previous security operations experience in embassy/government environments is an advantage.
• Able to work on a rotating roster of any 5 days between Monday and Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Access control & visitor management: monitor and verify identity, register visitors, prevent unauthorized access.
• Patrol duties: conduct routine patrols and inspect for risks or hazards; ensure safety equipment is operational.
• Incident handling: respond to emergencies, coordinate with management and services, assist investigations.
• Reporting: prepare daily occurrence and incident reports and handover notes.
• Customer service: assist staff, visitors and guests with professionalism while upholding security standards.
• Compliance: follow embassy protocols and help with drills and security exercises.
