Job summary

OneSystems Technologies Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer Intern to support planning, coordination, and execution of ELV system projects.

You will gain exposure to system design reviews, site installations, testing and commissioning, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination under experienced engineers and project managers. The internship offers hands-on experience across planning, site activities, and documentation, with mentoring from the project team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a related engineering field.
• Basic understanding of ELV, security, or building systems is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of IP technology, TCP/IP, routing, and switching is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination for timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on requirements and site activities.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and project discussions as required.
• Review system designs, drawings, and technical documentation before installation.
• Support supervision and coordination of installation works by technicians and service partners.
• Assist with system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and rectification works.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to the Project Manager and team.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including trackers, reports, and timesheets.
