Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a data analytics specialist to support outcomes monitoring, data collection, and reporting for the Enhanced Learning Pathways framework. You will collaborate with the Digital Solutions & Services Department to define data models and ensure data quality across systems.

The role focuses on governance-ready insights, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement to support policy refinement and longitudinal analysis across cohorts.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and experience in data analysis, reporting or performance monitoring in an academic or institutional context.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into governance-ready insights.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Outcomes Monitoring & Analysis: develop frameworks to track participation, progression and outcomes.
• Reporting: prepare dashboards, reports and briefing materials for management and leadership.
• Data & Systems Enablement: define data models and system requirements for capturing information.
• Continuous Improvement: provide evidence-based recommendations to refine policy parameters and systems.
