Job summary

Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager to serve priority clients and drive sales across Singapore, the U.S., and Hong Kong markets.

You will manage client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and introduce wealth products tailored to client needs. Ideal candidates hold a finance-related degree, have 1+ year in banking or wealth management, and possess MAS licenses or CMFAS qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in banking or wealth management.
• Holder of MAS licenses / Passed CMFAS examinations.
• Customer-oriented mindset with commitment to high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with priority clients to meet team targets and sales goals.
• Address daily client inquiries, delivering high-quality service including account opening support and issue resolution.
• Introduce wealth products based on client profiles and market information across SGX markets.
• Deliver telemarketing services and proactively initiate business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
