Job summary

LSCM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated tennis coach to join an expanding program on a full-time basis. Experience coaching children across abilities in both group and private lessons is required.

You will travel to various locations across Singapore, including condos and schools, work with a team of coaches, and create engaging lesson plans for privates and groups. The role emphasizes professionalism, rapport with students, and clear lesson policies.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 3 years experience teaching preschool aged children.

Responsibilities

• Work at various locations across Singapore, including condos and schools.
• Be a team player and collaborate with all coaches in the best interest of the team.
• Arrange dates and times for private lessons.
• Create lesson plans for privates and groups.
• Conduct lessons in a professional manner at all times.
• Develop good rapport with students to retain clients.
• Make sure clients are aware of lesson policies (payment and cancellation).
• Ensure private lessons are fully paid.
• Take care of and maintain coaching equipment.
• Keep the courts clean and organized.
• Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before group lessons start.
• Check group lesson attendance accurately and regularly.

Experience Coaching tennis to children of all abilities, within groups and private lessons (Must have minimum 3 years experience teaching preschool aged children)

• You will be required to work at various locations across Singapore, including condos and schools


• Be a team player and work with all coaches in the best interest of the team.


• Responsible for arranging a suitable date and time to conduct lessons for clients looking for private lessons.


• Create lesson plans for both privates and groups


• Conduct lessons in a professional manner at all times.


• Develop a good rapport with students which leads to maintaining them.


• Make sure the clients are well aware of the lesson policies such as payment and cancellation.


• Ensure that all private lessons conducted are up to date with the payment.


• Take care and maintain coaching equipment


• Keep the courts clean and organised.


• Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the group lesson starts.


• Check group lessons attendance accurately and regularly.
