Job summary

CODACA ELECTRONIC SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Purchasing / Procurement Executive to manage orders from confirmation to delivery. You will source electronic components, coordinate pricing and schedules with suppliers, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field, at least 2 years of experience, and strong communication and record-keeping skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations.
• Experience handling purchase orders, supplier quotations, pricing comparisons and delivery schedules.
• Experience coordinating directly with suppliers on product specifications, order quantities, lead times and delivery issues.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to meet delivery timelines.
• Understanding of purchasing documentation and basic commercial terms.
• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders based on confirmed customer orders and requirements.
• Source and purchase electronic components and related products from approved suppliers.
• Coordinate product specifications, pricing, quantity and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Follow up closely on purchase orders and expected delivery dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve product, quantity or delivery issues.
• Maintain purchasing records, purchase orders and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor procurement costs and assist with supplier evaluation and coordination.
