Job summary

Heilind Asia Pacific (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a sales-focused professional to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely order entry.

You will liaise with multiple departments to coordinate delivery, resolve shipment issues, and contribute to sales planning. The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience in interconnect components, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. You will support sales targets and work with Outside Sales and Product Marketing to drive

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in interconnect components (Connectors/Switches/Relay etc.).
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Team player and able to communicate with all levels/departments.
• Positive attitude, detail-minded, service oriented and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and quotations preparation.
• Accurate and timely order entry.
• Follow up and liaise with different departments for goods delivery.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and quality issues.
• Provide input to sales manager for sales planning and strategy development.
• Maximize sales, market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Outside Sales and Product Marketing to achieve sales targets.
