Job summary

Molex is seeking an Inspector (Assembly) in Singapore to ensure quality by performing in-process and final inspections of assemblies, components, and materials. You will verify workmanship, functional requirements, and support quality control that enables reliable production operations.

You will work within the DSS division, collaborating with design engineers, production teams, process engineers, and QA personnel to uphold quality compliance and drive continuous improvement in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in electronics.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process (IPQC) and final inspections (FGA) according to inspection plans and work instructions.
• Inspect workmanship, cosmetic, dimensional, and functional characteristics of assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Verify correct usage of materials, components, labels, and packaging during assembly.
• Record results accurately in checklists and EQC systems to ensure full audit traceability.
• Support MRB activities with inspection data and findings.
• Provide feedback on recurring defects and participate in containment, sorting, and re-inspection activities.
