Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a hands-on electrical/electro-mechanical assembler to build, repair, and test assemblies. You will follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves troubleshooting, test measurements, data entry, and participation in process improvements. NITEC in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics is required, with hands-on assembler experience preferred; basic programming

Qualifications

Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and work instructions.
Hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and repair.
Familiar with test fixtures, measurement equipment, vacuum pumps and leak detectors.
Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting and system updates.

Responsibilities

Build, repair, and test electro-mechanical assemblies following work orders and diagrams.
Perform assembly operations, troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
Operate test fixtures and measurement equipment to verify performance.
Record work progress, labor details, and expenses in computer systems.
Inspect parts and completed work to ensure quality standards.
Receive and verify parts required for build, test, and repair.
Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment and follow safety policies.
Attend health and safety training and follow guidelines.
Report accidents or hazards to supervisor or Safety Dept.
Support process improvements and participate in testing activities.
