Job summary

The Electrical & Testing Engineer at Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services will inspect, diagnose, repair, test, and commission air compressor electrical and control systems at the RTC. The role ensures overhaul work meets OEM specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

You will prepare testing procedures, perform FAT/SAT, analyze results, and provide technical recommendations. Collaboration with engineering teams and strict adherence to safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in industrial electrical maintenance, testing, overhaul, or repair.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, test, and commission electrical and control systems on air compressors.
• Perform FAT, SAT, and troubleshooting during testing.
• Prepare detailed reports and repair documentation; provide technical recommendations.
