Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a client in the M&E Engineering sector to recruit an Electrical Engineer (Design/Tender) in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering electrical tender drawings and technical documentation for building services and infrastructure projects.

The position requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a solid grasp of industry standards, load calculations, and coordination with multiple design teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical design, tender preparation, or consultancy work in building services or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services systems and industry standards.
• Ability to perform electrical load calculations and review technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical tender drawings covering power distribution, lighting, card access, CCTV, IT systems, and lightning protection.
• Perform load calculations and support distribution board (DB) design.
• Develop and refine tender specifications and technical documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Review electrical design drawings, including MV/LV systems, earthing, UPS, standby generators, lighting, and small power.
• Evaluate design submissions and technical proposals from consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Address technical queries from project stakeholders in consultation with consultants.
• Coordinate with architects, civil, structural, and mechanical teams for integrated design delivery.

Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Design/ Tender) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Electrical Engineer
• Location: Northeast (Nearest MRT: Punggol Coast)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $5,500 + Bonus
