Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a permanent position in Singapore’s Northeast region. The role involves preparing tender drawings and performing load calculations for building services projects.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and standards. Office hours, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary up to SGD 5,500 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical design, tender preparation, or consultancy work in building services or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical building services systems and industry standards.
• Ability to perform electrical load calculations and review technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical tender drawings covering systems such as power distribution, lighting, card access, CCTV, IT systems, and lightning protection.
• Perform load calculations and support distribution board (DB) design.
• Develop and refine tender specifications and technical documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Review electrical design drawings, including MV/LV systems, earthing, UPS, standby generators, lighting, and small power.
• Evaluate design submissions and technical proposals from consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Address technical queries from project stakeholders in consultation with consultants.
• Coordinate with architects, civil, structural, and mechanical teams for integrated design delivery.
