Job summary
FOCUS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Electrical Technician to assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems at construction sites in Singapore.
The role requires a Diploma/ITE/technical certification in electrical engineering, familiarity with electrical systems and drawings, and strong teamwork. On-site work and safety compliance are essential. Relevant experience in M&E or building services is preferred.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITE / Technical certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Familiar with electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and troubleshooting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems at construction sites.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance works.
- Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with Singapore safety regulations and project requirements.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Support site operations and attend to emergency breakdowns when required.
