Job summary

TECHNIHUB IEA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. requires an experienced supervisor to oversee electrical installations on construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with drawings and codes, and prepare testing documents for the project manager.

The role demands 15+ years in construction, ability to meet tight deadlines, and willingness to work overtime as deadlines require. Relevant trainings and certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise electrical installations by contractors and subcontractors.
• Communicate with workers and subcontractors according to drawings, specs, method statements and codes.
• Prepare testing documents requested by Project Manager/Engineer for the scope of works.
• Provide daily progress updates to management.
• Understand scope of work, specifications, design basics and project schedule.
• Plan manpower and material at least one month in advance.

Job description

Coordinate and supervise Electrical Installations work like Cabling & trunking/ conduit work, and installing electrical devices done by contractors and sub-contractors.

Communicate with workers and subcontractors' works according to design drawings, specifications, method statements,s, and local codes and regulations.

Preparing all testing documents requested by the Project Manager/Engineer for the required scope of works

Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to the Management

Knowledge in detail of Scope of Work, Specifications, Design Basic and project schedule

Plan and prepare a minimum of One month in advance Manpower, Material as per the given schedule and task.

Have knowledge of Testing And Commissioning Procedures For LV/HV Cables And Electrical Systems

Experiences / Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 Yrs of Work Experience in the Construction Industry.
• Able to work under Tight Deadlines.
• Relevant trainings and certificates
• Able to commit to OT based on project deadlines
