Job summary

SRK Engineering PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee electrical general installations, low voltage and ELV systems on ongoing construction sites in Singapore. You will supervise work arrangements, monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role involves inspections, testing, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical networks at commercial and residential developments, with leadership of a maintenance team on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist to carry out inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the ELV system.
• Carry out maintenance work on the General Electrical installations & systems.
• Carry out troubleshooting and rectification work for the components and equipment in the electrical power system.
• Routine functional test on standby generators.
• Lead maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Perform inspections and tests on the electrical power circuits and equipment of the low voltage distribution system.
• Plan, schedule, implement projects, maintenance works related to the electrical network at Construction sites.
• Update maintenance and servicing record.
