• Leading a team of workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Monitoring daily operations and ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Attending meetings and reporting progress to the Project Manager / Director on a weekly basis
• Ensuring quality control by conducting inspections and tests as per project requirements
• Maintaining safety standards and implementing good housekeeping practice
• Coordinate with main-contractors on preparation and submission of shop drawings
• To resolve any technical / site issues
• Liaise with main-contractor team, consultants, suppliers, and authorities on electrical matter
• Assist Quantity Surveyor to carry out verifications for various claims
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management
