Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Electrical Service Engineer - Submarine (Changi) to supervise fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance of power systems both in workshops and on-board vessels.

You will lead a small team of electricians to perform CM and PM tasks safely and efficiently, ensure welfare and safety, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors on maintenance programs to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in power engineering and maintenance of electrical components.
• Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams.
• Experience in testing/calibration of high/low voltage equipment or fault analysis.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems; DC system preferred.
• Experience in leading a small team.
• Willing to work in outdoor environments; heat, grease, dust.
• Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance of power system/component in workshops and on-board vessels.
• Lead a team of electricians to complete CM and PM tasks in safe and timely manner.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of the team members being assigned.
• Liaise with client and subcontractors pertaining to maintenance programs.
• Partner with SRM to ensure delivery of project milestones.
