Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to handle QS duties for electrical works across pre- and post-contract stages.

The role requires interpreting electrical drawings, managing cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors on commercial matters. Office is located at King George's Ave with project site ICA (Lavander MRT).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Familiar with variation orders, progress claims and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
• Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects.
• Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works.
