Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to support electrical/M&E construction projects.

The role involves pre- to post-contract quantity surveying, cost control, and procurement for electrical works at project sites and offices. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in QS or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, be familiar with variation orders and contract administration, and able to read electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in electrical or M&E construction projects.
• Familiar with variation orders, progress claims and contract administration.
• Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
• Prepare cost estimation, tendering, budgeting and procurement for electrical projects.
• Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for electrical works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare monthly claims, cost reports and project documentation.
