Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Project Manager (Electrical Facilities) in Singapore to lead project delivery from budgeting to close-out. You will coordinate engineers, manage safety compliance, and ensure installations align with the plan.

Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings, addressing on-site issues, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and managing payments and variations. A degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity and the same industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Management of projects: budgeting, planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Lead a team of engineers and ensure the installation of electrical facilities is in accordance with the project plan and safety compliance.
• Prepare shop drawings and address on-site engineering issues.
• Handle all documentation and submissions and attend on-site meetings with sub-contractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on the assigned projects.
• Prepare progress payment claims and variation orders.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
