Job summary

Kurihara Kogyo in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Electrical) to oversee subcontract scopes, budgets, planning, scheduling and on-site coordination.

You will lead a team to install electrical facilities per the project plan, review drawings, issue RFIs, attend client meetings, process material requisitions and handle progress claims while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Understand the subcontract scope of works.
• Manage projects including budgeting, planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Lead a team to ensure electrical installations meet the project plan and safety standards.
• Review shop drawings and prepare RFIs to address on-site engineering issues.
• Attend on-site meetings with clients, vendors and sub-contractors.
• Prepare and submit material requisition forms in line with site schedule and approved models.
• Prepare progress payment claims and variation orders.
