Job summary

VVV Employment Agency is seeking a senior electrical supervisor to oversee project deliveries on site. You will review electrical drawings, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure fabrication standards meet quality requirements.

You will recruit, guide, train, supervise, and, when needed, terminate staff while coordinating with leadmen on multiple electrical projects and ensuring work plans and equipment usage are prepared in advance.

Qualifications

• Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.
• Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.
• Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.
• Schedule, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule.
