Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical works.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Experience with HV switchgear, distribution boards, cable containment and lighting.
• Proficient with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing the engineering aspects of electrical systems, including planning, defining project scope, and setting goals and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project milestones are met, coordinating activities and resolving issues as they arise.
• Oversee the performance of subcontractors, supervisors, and workers, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, authorities, and consultants to resolve any bottlenecks.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, codes, and industry standards, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Regularly update stakeholders—including clients, management, and team members—on project status, progress, and key developments.
• Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to avoid delays and complications.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project, conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Prepare and update site reports, monitor progress, and maintain accurate project documentation.
