• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer on commercial, residential, and governmental projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Report budgeting, schedules, materials, and resource status directly to the Project Director to support project oversight.
• Independently execute projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and verify all tender submissions meet project specifications.
• Manage daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, main and sub-contractors to meet project deadlines and resolve issues.
• Liaise with clients to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure adequate allocation of resources and manpower to meet project demands; develop and sustain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
