Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities at Toa Payoh (Office) / Site in Singapore.

You will execute and coordinate project tasks, assist with resource requisitions, and oversee material handling to minimise waste. You will supervise subcontractors, manage deliveries, conduct inspections with the Engineer and ensure safety and quality controls are followed.

Qualifications

• Relevant site supervision experience in engineering/M&E projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Familiar with Permit-to-Work, site safety and quality control procedures.
• Able to handle site inspections, documentation and handover.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate project activities per requirements.
• Assist with requisition of manpower, materials, equipment and resources.
• Oversee handling, storage and usage of materials to minimise wastage.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors; conduct daily quality and progress checks.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure timely on-site delivery.
• Conduct incoming material and equipment inspections with the Engineer.
• Arrange site inspections with clients and main contractors; provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and obtain Permit-to-Work.
• Communicate site changes to the drafter and update documents.
• Raise NCRs for non-conforming products.
• Ensure proper project handover to customers.
