Job summary

REALTECH ELECTRICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site supervisor to support the Project Manager on construction projects in Singapore.

The role focuses on overseeing planning, scheduling, forecasting, and coordinating technical and management tasks at the site. You will lead a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution, resolve site issues, and implement testing and commissioning plans.

Qualifications

Degree/ Diploma/ ITC certificates in related trades.
HDB project experience is an advantage.
Able to work independently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager in site supervision.
Plan, schedule, forecast, conduct and coordinate the technical and management aspects of projects.
Manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute works within given time frame.
Resolve site issues with supervisors, main contractor, subcontractors, vendors and/or related 3rd parties.
Coordinate site works, workflows and inspection with main contractors site representatives including attending site coordination meetings.
Plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
Implement Testing & Commissioning plan.
Monitor work progress, productivity, qualities and materials usages and ensure alignment with the targeted schedule.
