Job summary

WINMAX INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical/PLC project engineer to collaborate with site personnel and actively manage day-to-day activities across electrical, electronic, and PLC engineering projects on site.

You will review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, support installation and commissioning, and ensure documentation is up to date. Diploma/degree in relevant fields and 1–3 years of project experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Electrical, Electronic, PLC or related engineering fields.
1–3 years of project experience; fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.
Experience in PLC/DCS programming and HMI configuration is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Must visit project sites and work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure work is completed to schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Attend site meetings, conduct site checks, and support installation and commissioning work.
Review drawings, plans, and technical documents; update and maintain project documentation.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians where needed.
Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and support timely problem-solving.
Prepare progress reports, test reports, and handover documents for clients.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution and commissioning stages.
