Job summary

ENGIE Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer in Project Management to oversee electrical/mechanical construction projects from conception to completion. You will assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree inEngineering and at least 3 years in construction project management, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 3 years experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive project plans.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring schedules and work programs are followed.
• Monitor progress and identify risks or issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare and review project documents, schedules, design plans, risk assessments, and monthly reports.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities; participate in project meetings.
