Job summary

ENGIE Southeast Asia is seeking a Project Manager (Construction) to lead planning and execution of on-site electrical and mechanical projects. The role includes coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure on-time delivery.

Note: work schedule is 5.5 days/week. You will oversee site supervision, QA/QC, and comprehensive technical documentation, manage risks, and report progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive project plans.
• Coordinate and oversee all construction activities on-site to meet schedules.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare, review and submit project documentation and reports.
