Job summary

Wola-Recruitment-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Electrical Engineer to support building and infrastructure projects, including drawing preparation, review, and submission of technical specs.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of power distribution, and the ability to read electrical drawings. Collaborative, problem-solving skills and effective teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in building, construction or engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of electrical building services and power distribution systems.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with project teams, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit electrical drawings, calculations and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and BIM teams.
• Support electrical installation, inspection, testing and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and site-related electrical issues.
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications and applicable standards.
• Assist senior engineers with vendor and material approvals.
• Monitor project schedules and engineering deliverables.
• Support project documentation, completion and handover activities.
