Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Production Engineer (Electrical Product) to oversee daily operations and drive the production plan at Tuas.

You will coordinate teams, machinery, and subcontracted work to meet customer orders and delivery dates. The role requires strong problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with Sales, Design, and QA on drawings, specifications, and quality issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and execution of production plans.
• Ability to liaise with Sales/Design/QA on drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of quality checks and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations and execute the production plan.
• Plan production according to customer orders, drawings, and delivery dates.
• Monitor progress, identify constraints, and coordinate recovery actions.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontracted work.
• Plan and follow up material requirements and stock availability.
• Ensure product completion with proper documentation and QA liaison.
• Provide guidance on quality checks, assembly methods, and standards.
• Analyse defects, propose root cause and corrective actions.
• Verify effective implementation of corrective actions.
