Job summary

Enlitho Private Limited in Singapore seeks an EE Engineer, Electrical & Electronics (Electronics) to develop proprietary automation solutions by preparing electrical layouts and schematics, assisting in assembly and wiring, and supporting system testing to drive product innovation and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop complete BOMs, train technicians, and contribute to safety and quality in all electrical work while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and servo tuning.
• Hands-on experience assembling control panels and motor assemblies.
• Familiarity with machine control hardware including power supplies, motors, sensors, I/O devices.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to electrical engineering challenges.
• Effective communication and teamwork across functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical layouts and schematic drawings for automation systems and sub-assemblies to ensure accurate design documentation
• Assemble and wire electrical and electronic components for automation projects to support system integration
• Develop complete Bill of Materials for electrical systems to facilitate procurement and project planning
• Collaborate with Production Engineers and vendors during system assembly, wiring, and testing to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Train and supervise electrical technicians and contractors in proper wiring practices to maintain safety and standards
• Support system testing and qualification to verify functionality and performance of automation solutions
• Contribute to product cost reduction initiatives by identifying efficiency improvements in electrical design and assembly
• Maintain up-to-date electrical drawings to reflect design changes and support ongoing projects
• Plan and manage projects to meet deadlines and coordinate resources effectively
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives
