Job summary

SUNBEAM M&E PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E project support to assist the Project Manager with planning, site coordination, and documentation. You will study drawings, prepare shop drawings, and monitor progress and safety on site to ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma in M&E Engineering with at least 3 years in the M&E construction sector, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Multitasking across several projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in M&E Engineering / equivalent.
• Min. 3 years work experience in M&E construction industry preferred.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• IT skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in project planning and coordinate and oversee all work on the site.
• Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
• Responsible for submission of material sample and shop drawing.
• Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
• Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
• Workout and maintain VO schedule.
• Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
• Prepare progress claim to Main-contractor on monthly basis.
• Prepare payment certificate, verify sub-contractor work progress.
• Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
• Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.
