Job summary

CORECRAFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical/M&E Engineer to lead and supervise engineering works on-site. You will coordinate resources and sub-contractors, ensuring projects meet specifications and safety standards while supporting project management activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of relevant experience and a degree recognized by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Lead and supervise Electrical/M&E engineering works on site, coordinating resources and sub-contractors to ensure projects meet specifications, safety standards, and deadlines while supporting project management and planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the progress of Electrical/M&E works on site to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate sub-contractors to maintain project schedules and resolve on-site issues
• Verify Electrical/M&E works comply with project specifications, drawings, and tender requirements
• Ensure contractors adhere to all relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, management, coordination, and preparation of submission documents
• Liaise effectively with customers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Design Electrical/M&E systems based on tender specifications to support project delivery
• Manage resource deployment to ensure smooth project execution
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support project objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Electrical or M&E Engineering recognized by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD to produce and review engineering drawings
• Skilled in Microsoft Office for project documentation and communication
• Experience using Revit for building information modeling and design coordination
• Ability to design Electrical/M&E requirements based on tender specifications
