Merck & Co., Inc. in Singapore seeks an Electrical and Instrumentations Engineer (WDA) to act as technical owner of the facilities' electrical system within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with utilities and facilities teams to support maintenance, calibration and reliability programs, and lead real-time problem solving. The role requires 3–5 years in pharma, strong electrical power knowledge, instrumentation troubleshooting, and a proactive mindset.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Positive attitude toward learning and professional development in pharma manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical owner for the facilities' electrical system and support maintenance, calibration and reliability programs.
• Carry out real-time problem solving and lead investigations into equipment/electrical system failures and safety incidents.
• Provide technical input during facility audits, regulatory inspections and quality investigations.
• Implement change following site change management processes.
• Propose improvement ideas and execute projects related to utilities, facilities and energy savings.
• Develop competencies in project management, pharma manufacturing, utilities & facilities management, maintenance and RCA and Lean Six Sigma.
